Bernadette Norz, MBA, ACC
A lifelong learner and Certified Professional Coach, Bernadette energizes service professionals, physicians, other healthcare practitioners, entrepreneurs, management teams and small business groups to achieve their goals, work synergistically and enjoy life’s journey. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience in healthcare services and small business management, she provides executive and management coaching for purpose-driven individuals, as well as leadership development programs for service organizations.
Bernadette’s professional work experiences began with technical and supervisory responsibilities in the hospital laboratory field and evolved, by planned design and openness to unique opportunities, to administrative positions in hospital planning and business development. Entrepreneurial opportunities with small healthcare business ventures broadened her professional outlook. She holds a MBA, a BS in Medical Technology, is a Certified Trainer with a focus on adult learners, and is a Certified Professional Coach and an Energy Leadership IndexTM Master Practitioner through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). She is also a Certified Physician Development Coach through the Physician Coaching Institute, and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Bernadette is a past president of the Association of Healthcare Executives of New Jersey (AHENJ) and is a current member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). She is an active member of the New Jersey Professional Coaches Association (NJPCA) having chaired the Program Committee for its first all day Business Forum held in April of 2010 and now serving on both the NJPCA Membership and Education and Professional Development Committees.
