Background and Experience:
Joy is an Executive/ Leadership Coach at an acute-care, community-based hospital. Joy’s work has included executive, leadership and physician coaching to support culture change, and improve team effectiveness. She has created and implemented executive onboarding systems to ensure successful assimilation to new roles and organizations. She has facilitated process improvement and rapid cycle change teams.

In prior roles, Joy was Director of Learning and Organizational Effectiveness, where she implemented an organization-wide learning management system, facilitated patient satisfaction improvement teams, coordinated talent management systems and revised performance management systems. Joy’s background in nursing (former Director of Nursing) and 30+ years in healthcare makes her an expert in dynamics impacting healthcare.
