Rachel Bamber

Following her successful career leading and developing teams in consumer media (Express Newspapers plc, BBC Haymarket Exhibitions, BAFTA) fuelled by a longstanding enthusiasm of the power of professional and self-development, Rachel took a risk to realize her ambition of running her own business, Brighter Thinking.

Since 2003, as a high performance NLP coach working in London, UK, she has helped ambitious corporate leaders and business owners learn to create their own Brighter Thinking and take action, so that they too can enjoy the buzz and satisfaction of accomplishing their own personal and work goals. In doing so, Rachel’s Brighter Thinking leaders become skilled at working with their brain, rather than against it!

An expert in career advancement, effective communication and increasing productivity, she also facilitates workshops for Accenture, Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, NHS Family Therapy Service, Oxford Brookes University, Portobello Business Centre and Westminster Libraries.

In addition, Rachel works with ICF accredited, brain-based, Results Coaching Systems, as a Lead Trainer, Head of Assessments and Mentor, training and assessing executives in high performance coaching skills from the likes of Credit-Suisse, Deloitte, Deutsche Bank, Ericsson, Ernst & Young, Fujitsu, Google, Hewlett-Packard, KPMG, Nokia Siemens Networks, Oxfam and Oxford University Press. Awarded Leader of the Month by RCS’ global COO in August 2010, Rachel leads their training programs in Finland, UK and USA for coaches located worldwide.

Rachel received a nomination for the GLE Rising Star Award in business and is currently Assistant Trainer on the world’s first Post-Graduate Certificate in the Neuroscience of Leadership.

When she is not enabling others to achieve their goals, Rachel loves walking for her “daily dose of green”, enjoying London’s cultural delights, kicking back with her favorite tipple of Uncle Jack, playing tennis and writing her first book.
