As the corporate director of training at Gannett Company, Inc., he designed, staffed and implemented a training department serving over 92 companies and 1,500 managers and staff.  He has also served as Human Resources and Training Director in both corporate and company roles. Bill earned his B.A. degree in psychology from the University of Maryland and an M.A. in psychology/counseling from the Adler Dreikurs Institute for Human Relations.
