Mimi Azoubel Daniel, M.S., PCC

Mimi Azoubel Daniel is an ICF Certified Coach specializing in interpersonal relationship skills. She is an Interpersonal Relations Coach, speaker, educator, business owner, and third-party facilitator. As an expert in the management of relationships, Mimi has the unique ability to work with families, couples, and individuals as well as CEO’s, executives, and professionals. She knows the practices it takes to make relationships work and focuses on client strengths to achieve goals. Specifically, clients achieve fulfillment and success by learning to build synergy, manage conflict, and communicate effectively.

A dynamic speaker, Mimi believes her audiences should gain tangible skills that can be utilized immediately. For businesses, she speaks on issues such as executive team/board relations, employee retention, workplace conflict, and people-skills for professionals (i.e., doctors, lawyers, IT executives, etc.). For specialized organizations, she delivers presentations focused on family dynamics for the affluent, relationship tools for thriving marriages, and individual efforts that can save a relationship.

Mimi brings over 20 years of work experience to her coaching clients. She received a Master’s of Science from Johns Hopkins University where she later served as an Adjunct Professor at the JHU Carey Business School. She is a PCC through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and received her coaching training at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). She has furthered her coaching credentials with a master-level certification in Organization and Relationship System Coaching through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and has been trained in Conflict Coaching. Currently, Mimi sits on the Board of Directors of the ICF Metro DC Chapter, the largest in North America.
