As an executive coach, consultant, trainer and communications professional, Renee helps leaders at all levels navigate and excel at change, achieve peak performance and inspire deep commitment for themselves and their staffs.
Using strategic thinking, her extensive business experience and a structured, brain-based coaching process, Renee partners with her corporate and private clients to unlock and expand their skills, resources and creativity. Known for her innate talent as a catalyst and her intuitive ability as a “people person,” Renee creates an environment where the best ideas can flow, one that helps her clients generate insights and achieve powerful results.
Her corporate experience includes 12 years as an Assistant Director of Communications and Learning and as an internal Coach at Ernst & Young. Prior to Ernst & Young, Renee worked for 13 years as a Senior Consultant/Senior Project Manager for Usertech, a performance support firm, where she designed comprehensive strategies and led teams to help Fortune 500 clients transition their employees through major technology and business change. Her clients included Equitable, Paine Webber, AT&T, Intercontinental Hotels, Southern California Edison, Mobil, Kraft and Pepsi.
Renee designs, develops and delivers workshops on such topics as leadership excellence, career direction and transition, business communications, empowerment, and small business entrepreneurship.
Renee holds the PCC credential through the International Coach Federation, and is a certified Results Coaching Systems coach, mentor and assessor. She is an adjunct faculty member at Fairleigh Dickinson University, where she teaches graduate level communications and writing. Also certified through Toastmasters International, Renee helps her clients find their executive presence to express themselves confidently and effectively.
