He has held various chief executive leadership roles in Corporate America, formerly serving in the capacity of Chief Executive over the $27B, risk based, six million member, Blue Cross Blue Shield, federal employee health insurance program. As a former Board Member of Baltimore Medical Systems, he knows first-hand the leadership capabilities required for success in the health care continuum.
