Wayne Caskey is a three-time CEO of small to mid-size companies with prior experience in two Fortune 500 CEO executive teams. Industry experience has been in manufacturing, service and commercial finance. He has been coaching CEOs, their immediate reports and entrepreneurs for over seven years. He also provides corporate relationship and team coaching services, including strategic planning.

Wayne has been a columnist for Baltimore smartCEO magazine for five years and his multidimensional coaching is profiled in the July 2007 issue of The International Journal of Coaching in Organizations. He is a member of the elite Executive Coaching Summit and has received multiple certifications from coach and coach training organizations in individual, relationship and team coaching.

 

Wayne holds a B.A. cum laude in economics from Harvard and a J.D. from Yale.
